The Atlas · About
David O'Leary
Creationary. Architect of the DAVID world.
Who Is David
Not a guru. Not a brand.
A person who needed answers and wrote them down.

I am Irish. Neurodivergent. A former audiovisual professional, endurance athlete, and someone who spent the better part of two decades trying to understand why the conventional map never fit my terrain.
DAVID is not a personal brand in the conventional sense. It is an ongoing body of work — an attempt to synthesise what I have learned across health, identity, philosophy, neurodivergence and creative systems into frameworks that are actually useful.
"I did not set out to build an audience. I set out to build a life I could actually inhabit — and then wrote down what that process required."
Why This Work Exists
The work exists because I couldn't find it anywhere else.
Most material on health, identity and personal development is either too clinical, too shallow, or designed for a version of a person I have never been. I am neurodivergent, non-linear and constitutionally resistant to frameworks that demand conformity.
The DAVID Atlas is the result of building frameworks that work for people like me — and then making them available for anyone else who needs them.
Every field manual, every essay, every territory in the Atlas emerged from a real question I needed to answer. The Cortisol Code came from years of not understanding my own nervous system. The Shadow Method came from doing the interior work of rebuilding an identity that was never authentically mine. The MANual came from the absence of honest guidance about what a man is supposed to actually be.
These are not theoretical frameworks. They are documented investigations — written from the inside of the process, for others who are navigating similar terrain.
The Atlas
How The Worlds Connect
The Atlas is not a collection of separate topics. It is a single territory approached from six different directions. Every world connects to every other.
On Trust
Why trust this work?
No ideology.
The DAVID Atlas has no political or ideological agenda. It does not advocate for any movement or identity. It advocates for clarity, honesty and self-determination.
No pretence of expertise.
I am not a doctor, therapist, nutritionist or certified coach. I am someone who investigated these questions seriously and documented what I found. Every field manual is honest about that distinction.
Lived experience.
Everything in the Atlas was written from inside the process — not from the position of someone who has always had the answers. The value is in the honesty of the investigation, not the authority of the investigator.
Consistent standards.
Every field manual carries a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If a resource doesn't resonate, a full refund is available, no questions asked.
