At DAVID, the work is designed to provide depth, clarity, and tools you can act on. Because much of what I offer is digital and instantly accessible, refunds are limited. Please read carefully so expectations are clear from the start.


1. Digital Products & Courses

All digital products, writings, and courses are delivered immediately upon purchase. For that reason, they are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. By purchasing, you accept this policy.

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, reach out and I’ll work with you to resolve the problem or provide a suitable alternative.


2. Coaching & Mentorship

For live coaching or mentorship programs, I offer a 7-day refund window beginning with your first session. Refunds may be considered if:

  • The program was not as described.

  • Technical or access issues prevented participation.

Refunds are not given for partial sessions or once the refund window has passed.


3. Subscription Services

If you join a subscription (e.g., ongoing membership), you can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops the next billing cycle, but no refunds are issued for payments already processed. You’ll retain access until the end of the current billing period.


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email me with:

  • Your full name and order details

  • A clear explanation of your request

  • Any relevant documentation (screenshots, errors, etc.)

Requests will be reviewed within 5 business days, and you’ll be notified of the outcome.


5. Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Digital content that has already been accessed or downloaded.

  • Services delivered beyond the refund window.

  • Products purchased through third-party vendors or partners.


6. Updates to This Policy

This policy may be revised from time to time. The most current version will always be posted here with an updated “Effective Date.”
