David

David O’Leary is a performance and recovery coach specialising in burnout, nervous-system regulation and structural rebuilding for high-functioning men.

With over twenty years in the AV and live events industry across multiple continents — to his current work within a leading Irish university — following a severe autonomic and hormonal collapse that forced a complete rebuild of his own system, he’s helped men stabilise their physiology, rebuild discipline and create sustainable high performance without collapse. David’s work is rooted in lived experience — navigating ADHD and autistic signal sensitivity and the physiological fallout of chronic stress — all of which shaped the frameworks he now teaches.

David is the author of The MANual, The Cortisol Code and the creator of The Rebuild Method: a structured pathway that restores clarity, strength and autonomy after burnout.

Grounded, direct and deeply experiential, his approach bridges nervous-system science with real-world structure — helping men rebuild their bodies, minds and focus from the inside out.

David’s career has spanned more than two decades in the AV and live events industry, delivering large-scale productions across Europe, Australia and North America. He has worked in high-pressure corporate, broadcast and creative environments — the same precision and composure demanded there, now underpin the systems he builds for his clients.
