This isn’t motivation or mindset fluff. It’s structured recovery: strength training, nutrition, supplementation, breathwork and awareness — the same process that rebuilt me after total burnout.

This is the stabilisation phase — a fast, focused intervention for systems on the brink.
The 6-Week Intensive is designed for high-performing individuals whose bodies or minds have reached a critical threshold: fatigue, anxiety, sleeplessness, loss of drive, or the sense that “nothing’s working anymore.”
Think of it as a personal ER: we identify where the system is failing, stop the leak, and begin restoring basic rhythm.
You’ll complete key diagnostics — cognitive type, stress patterning, core bloodwork — and receive a personalised Outcome Map outlining exactly what’s happening across the nervous, endocrine, and parasympathetic systems.
Then, through weekly one-to-one sessions and daily structure protocols, we regulate the body, reset the sleep-energy cycle, and re-establish clarity.
