I don’t hate people.
I just don’t need most of them.
For years, I forced it:
• The parties.
• The “networking.”
• The pretending I was comfortable in crowded rooms while my nervous system screamed for a locked door and silence.
But then I realised:
Society is overrated.
And solitude?
It’s where the real economy lives.
I didn’t find this in a podcast or a course.
I found it by burning out trying to be normal — and resurrecting myself when I finally stopped.
Here’s the truth no one wants to say out loud:Most of what we call “society” is just noise — a distraction factory built to sell you validation, urgency, and cheap dopamine.
You want to escape the matrix?
Don’t buy a Lambo.
Buy back your sovereignty.
🧭 Naval was right:“Eventually everyone will be their own business.”
But what he didn’t say outright?
You’ll only do it well if you accept that you don’t owe society your energy.
You owe it to yourself.
To your craft.
To your wife.
To your kids.
To the future you who’s free because you kept your circle tight and your head clear.
⚡️ How I Became My Own Business
• I stopped waiting for permission.
• I stopped spending energy on people who drain me.
• I built Empowerment & Elevation as my personal lab.
• I turned my lived experience — stacks, systems, stories — into an income stream.
• I cut my social circle to a handful I trust with my raw self.
• I gave that same raw self to my family, my craft, my readers — no one else.
This didn’t shrink me.
It scaled me.
Want to escape the matrix?
• Build your body.
• Master your mind.
• Guard your energy.
• Monetise your truth.
• Give the overflow to the ones who actually matter.
That’s it.
Live it. Don’t wait on it.
